I am so excited to share this fix with you! Not only did my stylist, Jason, send some adorable things but Stitch Fix has started offering “Extras.” The Extras Stitch Fix is offering are bras, camisoles, shape-wear, underwear, bralettes, tights, and socks. Some are Stitch Fix‘s in house brand and some are from well known brands. I am pretty excited about this because I really don’t like going in to stores to try on and/or buy many of these things.
So how do you get in on this goodness? This is what the Stitch Fix team says,
1. Schedule your Fix and choose the Extras you love. Add them to your Fix and they’ll be sent to you along with your 5 Stylist Picks.
3. Add or remove Extras. You can edit your selection any time before your Fix is
4. Check out as usual. Only pay for the Extras you want to keep and send back the
• Shipping is free both ways, always, with our prepaid shipping envelope.
• Your $20 styling fee can go towards any Extras you purchase.
• The 25% discount only applies to your 5 Stylist Picks.
Extras will be available women’s sizes XS – 3X, in a variety of colors and fabrications.
I decided to add a Wacoal nude bra (ordered wrong size), and nude and black camisoles by Stitch Fix to my order. The quality was outstanding and I am wearing the nude cami under everything in this post. The camis have a silky spandex feel and I am looking for a more cottony feel so I will be sending them back. I am definitely going to be adding more Extras to my next Fix!
So now that you know what extras I picked for this Fix, let’s see what Jason sent to meet my requests of pants for work, jeans with interesting details at the hem, pink knit tops, and tops with front ties.
Jason always looks at my Pinterest board to find out what I have my eye on. I try to keep it to 30 pins or less and put my favorite looks at the top. I also have a board that keeps track of all of the things Jason has sent me. Check that one out here.
1. Onzie Jagger Printed Performance Legging- Size Large
These leggings are pretty fierce. Since they are athletic leggings (which I did not know when I pinned them) I styled them for an athleisure look first. The cargo jacket I am wearing is also from Stitch Fix and I love it so much I have it in Khaki too. I couldn’t resist styling them a little dressier with the Rd Style dress I got back in my August Fix. I really wish I had added a black vest, but love these colors together. The leggings are a silky smooth fabric and have a high enough waist that I think they would stand up to working out in them. For all of you pattern mixing fans out there, I totally tried these on with the floral shirt in this Fix and it looked cute, but showing that much leg was waaaay out of my comfort zone so the look did not make the blog. I really like these leggings so they are going in the maybe pile.
2. Level 99 Keanan Wide Leg Pant-Size 12
These pants are so soft and comfortable. I love that they are long enough to wear with a little heeled bootie, but not too long to wear with flats. I am 5’7″ and have very long legs so petite girls you should mention you’d like these in petite or short length. These are perfect for work because they are comfy, but not as casual as jeans. I think they might be a hair too big. I like them enough to ask for a size exchange to see if the next size down fits.
4. Seven Hills Adriana Mini Satchel
I did not know mini satchels were a thing, but dang this one is cuuuuuute! It is pretty petite and I don’t know how practical it is. It would be perfect for a member of a bridal party, or to take to a special event. I like that it comes with a crossbody strap too. What are your thoughts on mini satchels? Look close in the pictures below to see it with my other items from this Fix.
4. On The Road… Sandspur Tie Front Knit Top-Size XL
My awesome stylist sized up in this top because he noticed it ran small and the one he sent was a perfect fit! I love the soft colors in this shirt and the print is so fun for spring and summer. It is a very thin, soft material. Even though I wore a nude cami under it I think you’d be fine with just a nude bra. I loved styling this shirt with my faux leather Lularoe Jill skirt. It was such a fun look to wear. I also styled them with the Level 99 pants from this Fix and it looks adorable with them too. It will also look great with jeans too! This is another piece I am considering adding to my closet.
5. Truly Poppy Sidney Silk Dress-Size Large
I love polka dots and adding a floral print to the hem just made this sweet polka dot dress pop! I had to wear shapewear with the dress to make the midsection fit properly. If I were going to keep this I would definitely ask for a size up to see if it fits little more comfortably on my midsection and to get some added length. I kept it simple and classy for my first look with some red wedges and a pearl statement necklace. Then I changed into flats and added a jean jacket to dress it down. This dress is totally adorable. It is just not in my budget this month.
That is it for this Fix! What should I keep? How would you have styled these pieces? Don’t forget to schedule your Fix soon! I’d love if you would click through my links to sign up as it helps support this blog. Stitch Fix has styles for men, women, ever stage of maternity wear, petites, plus size, and those looking for premium brands.
Until next time,
I love you more than petite purses and polka dot dresses,
